We invest capital on day one and stay aligned with your success. No program fees. No equity grabs. Just a straightforward structure built for founders.

Guaranteed investment disbursed to every selected startup on joining the cohort. Structured through a SAFE.

Follow-on SAFE Investment
Available when the startup raises a significant external round such as a major seed or Series A, subject to investment terms.

Maximum Capital Available
Total capital a startup may receive. No program fees — we make money when you succeed.
Investment structure
SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) — not a loan, carries no interest, requires no repayment. Converts into equity when predefined funding conditions are met, according to the SAFE agreement.
Equity
AgeTech Bharat's investment converts to equity at a future funding round — not at the time of investment. Specific terms are shared with shortlisted founders during the interview process.
Program fees
None. We do not charge founders to participate. We invest in selected startups and make money when you succeed.
Follow-on
In addition to the Day 1 investment, up to ₹25L follow-on SAFE investment is available when the startup raises a significant external funding round. We actively support portfolio companies in raising follow-on capital.
