By accessing or using the AgeTech Bharat website at https://agetechbharat.com ("Site") or by applying to or participating in the AgeTech Bharat accelerator program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or apply to the Program.

AgeTech Bharat is India's dedicated accelerator for startups building technologies for healthy ageing and elderly care. We are based at the Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ), Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

— Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

— Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

— Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.

— Reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of the Site in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, without notice.

Submitting an application to the AgeTech Bharat accelerator program does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed at our sole discretion.

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

— All information provided is accurate, complete and not misleading.

— You have the authority to submit the application on behalf of your company.

— You consent to AgeTech Bharat reviewing, storing and using your application information for the purposes of evaluating your application.

We reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

Participation in the AgeTech Bharat accelerator program is subject to a separate program agreement entered into between AgeTech Bharat and each selected startup. These Terms do not constitute or replace that agreement.

Investment, if offered, is subject to separate investment documentation including term sheets and definitive agreements. Nothing on the Site or in these Terms constitutes an offer to invest.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of AgeTech Bharat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Any information you share with us through the application process or otherwise will be treated with reasonable confidentiality. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality and you should not share information you consider strictly proprietary without appropriate protections in place.

We will not share your application information with investors, mentors or third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information on the Site.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, investment or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AgeTech Bharat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the Program.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed INR 1,000.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
